ARC runs on the collective effort of our amazing volunteers. Whether you're a player, supporter, or rugby veteran—ARC wouldn't be the same without you!
Our volunteers have been dedicating their time and energy to ARC for years. And while we’re incredibly grateful, we’re also growing—in membership and in professionalism—which means we’re always in need of extra helping hands.
With your knowledge and experience, there are countless ways you can contribute—big or small.
Everyone lends a hand at the Club
ARC is about more than just training—and with your help, we ensure our club continues to thrive. We call this association work. In addition to training and participating in matches, every member contributes at least 10 hours per year to ARC’s community life. For youth members, we expect parents to take on this responsibility. And honestly, it’s not just practical—it’s fun too! You’ll get to know so many others.
Association work can include bar shifts, helping out in the kitchen or during training sessions, supporting one of our events, or joining one of our committees.

Ten hours of help and volunteer contribution
Our club has no paid staff—nearly all tasks are carried out by volunteers, except for a few coaches and professional cleaners. This helps us keep costs low and encourages stronger connections among members.
Once you’ve completed your 10 hours, you can receive EUR 50 credited to your ARCard from the association work fund.
Thanks to your efforts, over 400 members can enjoy playing rugby every week.
