Clearance foreign players

Already convinced ARC is the club for you? If you are over 16 years and played outside the Netherlands or if you don't have the Dutch nationality, you may need clearance.

Are you over 16 and have you played rugby abroad before wanting to join ARC, or do you not have Dutch nationality?

Then you will need approval (Clearance) from the rugby union of the country where you last played, or where you come from (even if you have never played before).

To obtain clearance, you must request a statement from your former rugby club and rugby union using the clearance form.

If you have never been registered with a club, then only the rugby union of your country of origin needs to confirm this.

In any case, please contact our membership administration at ledenadministratie@arcrugby.nl,  they’ll be happy to assist you.
